Are your products officially affiliated with football clubs?
No. TWLV Collective is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any football club or governing body.
How do I find products for my club?
Head toYour Cluband select your team to enter its collection. Each club has its own range of designs inspired by its culture, identity and supporters.
When will I get my order?
We don’t mass produce. Every piece ismade to order, so please allow7–10 working days for productionbefore dispatch. As soon as your order leaves us, we’ll send over your tracking details.
Can I return my order?
As every piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
